I’ll give some lap times combined with a common opener for various finishing times here.
Men 3000m:
3:38.00 = 18.5 + 7 * 28.5
3:41.50 = 18.5 + 7 * 29.0
3:45.00 = 18.5 + 7 * 29.5
3:48.50 = 18.5 + 7 * 30.0
Men 5000m:
6:13.00 = 19.0 + 12 * 29.5
6:19.00 = 19.0 + 12 * 30.0
6:25.00 = 19.0 + 12 * 30.5
6:31.00 = 19.0 + 12 * 31.0
Men 10000m:
12:48.00 = 35.0 + 12 * 30.5
13:00.00 = 35.0 + 12 * 31.0
13:12.00 = 35.0 + 12 * 31.5
13:24.00 = 35.0 + 12 * 32.0
Women 3000m:
3:57.00 = 20.0 + 7 * 31.0
4:00.50 = 20.0 + 7 * 31.5
4:04.00 = 20.0 + 7 * 32.0
4:07.50 = 20.0 + 7 * 32.5
Women 5000m:
6:50.50 = 20.5 + 12 * 32.5
6:56.50 = 20.5 + 12 * 33.0
7:02.50 = 20.5 + 12 * 33.5
7:08.50 = 20.5 + 12 * 34.0
For other times you can extrapolate from these. For every 0.5 seconds slower per lap the final time increases by 3.5, 6.0, and 12.0 seconds on the 3000m, 5000m, and 10000m respectively.
