Lap times national Norwegian competitions

Hello there.

My name is Marcel and I have spent the last two years collecting lots and lots of lap times of as many races as I can, and some of you may have seen my lists I post on the Skating_Stats Twitter account.

I have found many websites with lap times of national races, but have yet to find one for Norway, with the exception of the very incomplete hilskoyter.no.

So my question is: Is there a place I can find lap times of Norwegian competitions, such as the Norway Cups and National Championships, online?

Thanks for the links!

I already knew the first three and while there is some stuff there, a lot is missing and a lot of older stuff isn’t archived. For some reason the Norwegian Championships in October 2022 are missing from the first site. The glitretid site seems to not have any results from Stavanger and Hamar, which are at the moment the only rinks (apart from one result) I’m interested in.

I have been able to find a few results, such as the laps for the Kristiansund’s track record on the men’s 3k, which is great, but I’m still missing quite a few fast 3k’s skated at Norway Cups and summer skating.

In particular I’m looking for lap/split times of these races:

If you can point me to the lap or split times of any of these times I would be very thankful.

Ok I don’t know what’s happening here. First I tried to insert a table for the missing results, which when I posted the reply turned into a whole lot of html stuff. I then removed that and replaced it with an image but some other html stuff appeared and even when I remove it by editing the post it reappears again.

Other than that, it was certainly not easy to find results! My best advice would be to contact Stavanger Sandnes SK / Hamar IL skøyter directly via e-mail.

Oh I didn’t know that SSN live also had some Norwegian stuff. That’s very useful, thanks!

I’ll send Hamar and Stavanger some emails to see if they can provide me with anything and let you know when I get an answer.
